For our main location in Berlin, we are currently looking for a Controller (m/f/d).
Your Impact
You already have several years of experience in Controlling and are ready to take the next step in your career? Do you enjoy analyzing numbers, understanding business relationships, and contributing your own ideas?
Then you've come to the right place! Together with our Controlling team, you'll help further develop our controlling structures, gradually take on more responsibility, and have the opportunity to grow both professionally and personally.
Your Contribution to Our Team:
- You independently take on a variety of responsibilities within Controlling.
- You support the development of our R&D Controlling function and actively contribute to shaping the related processes and structures.
- You work closely with our department heads, supporting them with financial and business-related matters.
- You prepare and analyze cost center, cost object, and project reports, present relevant findings, and discuss the results with the responsible stakeholders.
- You analyze key financial and business performance indicators, identify trends, and derive actionable recommendations.
- You take ownership of your own projects, conduct ad-hoc analyses, and contribute your ideas to continuously improve our controlling processes.
Your Expertise
- You have a degree in Business Administration, ideally with a focus on Controlling, Accounting, or Finance, or a comparable qualification combined with relevant practical experience.
- You have several years of professional experience in Controlling and are eager to further develop and expand your expertise.
- You have a solid understanding of business processes and financial relationships, enjoy working with numbers, and approach challenges analytically.
- You work independently, in a structured and detail-oriented manner, and enjoy taking responsibility and familiarizing yourself with new topics.
- You enjoy collaborating with different departments and can communicate complex financial data and concepts in a clear and understandable way.
- You have excellent Excel skills and ideally have experience working with ERP systems (e.g., SAP).
- You have excellent German and good English language skills.
