Your Impact
With us, you’ll be the first point of contact for colleagues at two Berlin locations as well as worldwide – whether on-site or remote. You ensure that IT issues are resolved quickly and that modern workplaces run smoothly. Your responsibilities in detail:
- Independent handling of IT tickets in 1st and 2nd level support (hardware and software)
- Setup, modification, and administration of workstations including hardware, printers, and phones
- User management and permission control (onboarding, offboarding, M365, AD, Entra ID)
- Remote support for international teams (e.g., USA, Australia, France)
- Documentation of incidents, solutions, and processes in the ticketing system (JIRA Service Management)
- Support in managing infrastructure (network, server, cloud)
- Participation in asset and license management
- Active contribution to the further development of internal IT processes and IT security
Your Expertise
- 3+ Jahre Erfahrung in der IT
- Ausgeprägtes lösungsorientiertes Denken und Handeln
- Strukturierte und selbstorganisierte Arbeitsweise
- Schnelle Auffassungsgabe und eigenverantwortliches Arbeiten
- Kommunikationsstärke in Deutsch und Englisch
- Teamgeist und hohe Dienstleistungsorientierung
- Interesse an neuen Technologien und Tools
- Erfahrung mit Microsoft 365 sowie Netzwerktechnik
- Erste Erfahrungen mit PowerShell oder anderen Skriptsprachen von Vorteil
