For our main location in Poznan, we are currently looking for a Inside Sales Representative (m/f/d) - Poland.
Your Impact
We are looking for an Inside Sales Representative to support sales and marketing activities in the Central & Eastern Europe region. The position involves active cooperation with the regional sales team to achieve business goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare offers and support tender processes
- Maintain and update customer data in CRM/ERP systems
- Coordinate marketing activities and local campaigns
- Support the Regional Sales Director and Sales Manager
- Communicate with customers and follow up on orders
- Collaborate with internal departments (Marketing, Finance, Production, etc.)
Your Expertise
- Graduate degree (minimum Bachelor’s or equivalent; business or technical fields preferred)
- Minimum 1 year of B2B sales experience
- Knowledge of sales and tender processes
- Proficiency in MS 365 and CRM/ERP systems
- Experience in marketing activities
- Polish (C1–C2), English (B2–C1); German or another CEE language is an asset
- Strong sales, communication, and organizational skills
- Independent, customer-oriented, reliable, and a team player
