Derovis GmbH, headquartered in Berlin-Marzahn and part of the iris Group, is an innovative IT company specializing in the direct sales of high-quality mobile video recording and passenger counting systems for use in public transport across the DACH region.
Our customers include vehicle manufacturers (buses/rail vehicles), transport companies, and system integrators. To strengthen our team, we are looking for new employees (m/f/d) to join us in Berlin-Marzahn as soon as possible.

Your Impact

As a Junior Sales Manager in field sales, you will develop and strengthen existing customer relationships and support the long-term positioning of our solutions in the market.

The main focus is account development, complemented by smaller activities in new business and tender support.

You will report to the Team Lead DACH and primarily manage customers across Germany, with a focus on Western Germany.

Your responsibilities

  • Manage and develop existing customer relationships
  • Advise customers on-site, by phone, and digitally
  • Prepare and follow up on offers and proposals
  • Support new customer acquisition
  • Contribute to tenders 
  • Represent Derovis at trade fairs and customer meetings
    Gather and communicate customer requirements to product management

Your Expertise

  • Initial experience in technical sales or a related field 
  • Completed vocational training or a bachelor’s degree (technical or business preferred)
  • Strong interest in sales and technical products
  • Proactive, independent, and structured working style
  • Fluent German and good English skills
  • Driving license (Class B equivalent) and willingness to travel
