Take the next step in your career with us. For our main location in Berlin, we are currently looking for a Legal Counsel (m/f/d).
Your Impact
You will support our General Counsel and advise on a broad range of business-relevant legal matters – in particular national and international contract and commercial law, corporate law, compliance, and data protection.
You will play a key role in managing, reviewing, and negotiating NDAs and various types of contracts. Working closely with different departments, you will provide practical and legally sound solutions tailored to their specific needs.
- Review, drafting, and management of national and international contracts, including legal support for our subsidiaries
- Conduct comprehensive legal research and prepare precise legal opinions, particularly on contract, commercial, and corporate law
- Evaluate, adapt, and further develop terms and conditions
- Review, coordinate, and document NDAs
- Close cross-department collaboration on legal matters and coordination with international locations
Your Expertise
- Completed legal education as a business lawyer (at least first state exam or a master’s degree in business law)
- At least 3 years of professional experience as a legal counsel, ideally in a corporate environment
- Broad understanding of diverse legal issues and frameworks
- Strong willingness to delve into related fields such as employment law and data protection
- Excellent communication skills in German and English
- Ability to work effectively and solution-oriented across departments
