Derovis GmbH, headquartered in Berlin-Marzahn and part of the iris Group, is an innovative IT company specializing in the direct sales of high-quality mobile video recording and passenger counting systems for use in public transport across the DACH region.
Our customers include vehicle manufacturers (buses/rail vehicles), transport companies, and system integrators. Our products stand for the highest quality “Made in Germany” and are in use in many thousands of vehicles. Our mission is to convince hundreds of customers in public transport with excellent technology and outstanding service.
To strengthen our team, we are looking for new employees (m/f/d) to join us in Berlin-Marzahn as soon as possible.
Your Impact
As a field sales representative at Derovis GmbH, you're right in the middle of the action—not just on the sidelines. Your work in our sales team takes you throughout the entire D-A-CH region and makes you the primary point of contact for our customers.
To provide them with comprehensive service, your responsibilities include:
- Acquiring new customers and maintaining relationships with existing ones
- Advising and supporting customers on-site and by phone
- Conducting contract negotiations, preparing offers, and following up on them
- Handling national and international tenders
- Representing Derovis GmbH at trade fairs
- Defining product and customer requirements in collaboration with product management
Your Expertise
As a member of the Derovis team, you bring quick comprehension skills, and you are characterized by an independent working style and a strong willingness to perform. You also have the following qualifications in your repertoire:
- Completed commercial or technical vocational training, a university degree with a technical or business focus, or relevant professional experience in sales
- Class B driver’s license and a high willingness to travel throughout the DACH region
- Negotiation skills and strong communication abilities
- Excellent German skills (C1 level) and very good English skills (B2 level)
- Knowledge of ERP systems as well as MS Office
