For our main location in Poznan, we are currently looking for a Inside Sales Representative (m/f/d) - Poland.
Your Impact
To strengthen our Central & Eastern Europe sales activities, we are looking for an organized and proactive Inside Sales Representative to join our team in Poznań.
In this role, you will work closely with the Regional Sales team and support day-to-day commercial activities across the region. You will help coordinate customer communication, prepare offers and tender documents, maintain CRM data, and contribute to local marketing initiatives.
This position is ideal for someone with first experience in B2B sales or sales support who enjoys working in an international and cross-functional environment.
Your Responsibilities
- Prepare customer offers and support tender processes
- Maintain and update customer information in CRM and ERP systems
- Coordinate local marketing activities and campaigns
- Support the Regional Sales Director and Sales Managers in daily business activities
- Communicate with customers and follow up on orders and requests
- Collaborate closely with internal departments such as Marketing, Finance, and Production
- Contribute to smooth internal coordination and customer satisfaction across the CEE region
Your Expertise
- Bachelor’s degree or comparable qualification, preferably in business, economics, or a technical field
- At least 1 year of experience in B2B sales, sales support, or a similar commercial role
- Understanding of sales and tender processes
- Confident handling of MS 365 and CRM/ERP systems
- First experience supporting marketing activities is a plus
- Fluent Polish (C1/C2) and good English skills (B2/C1)
- German or another Central & Eastern European language is an advantage
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Structured, reliable, customer-oriented, and proactive working style
- Team player with a hands-on mentality
