Your Impact
You will become part of a 16-member IT team organized into Front Desk and Backoffice functions. While the Front Desk team is responsible for operational workplace and user support, the Backoffice team focuses on infrastructure, networking, and security topics.
In your role, you will work at the intersection of both areas: ensuring stable and modern work environments, supporting colleagues in their day-to-day operations, and actively contributing to the further development of our Microsoft and infrastructure landscape.
In addition to operational support, you can look forward to exciting projects — including the introduction of Microsoft Intune and the ongoing enhancement of our hybrid Microsoft 365 environment.
Your Responsibilities
- Administration and continuous improvement of our Microsoft 365 environment
- User and permission management in Microsoft 365, Active Directory, and Entra ID
- Support and further development of modern Windows workstations
- 2nd-level support for hardware and software issues
- Setup and management of workstations, including hardware and peripheral devices
- Participation in the implementation and administration of Microsoft Intune
- Support with infrastructure, networking, and IT security topics
- Collaboration in asset and license management
- Documentation of incidents, solutions, and processes in JIRA Service Management
- Occasional remote support for international teams outside the DACH region
- Active involvement in IT projects and the continuous improvement of internal IT processes
Your Expertise
- Several years of experience in IT support or system administration
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365
- Experience with Windows clients and modern workplace environments
- Good knowledge of Active Directory and Entra ID
- Structured, independent, and solution-oriented way of working
- Team-oriented mindset with a strong service focus
- Very good German and good English language skills
- Initial experience with Microsoft Intune
- Basic knowledge of networking, infrastructure, or IT security topics
- Experience working with hybrid IT environments
- Knowledge of PowerShell or other scripting languages
- Experience with Jira Service Management
