For our main location in Berlin, we are currently looking for a Team Facilitator / Scrum Master (m/f/d).

Your Impact

You feel at home in environments where agility is not taken for granted, but first has to demonstrate its value.

Initially, you will most likely support a development or product team in continuously improving how it collaborates, manages its workflow, and delivers value. Rather than imposing a specific framework, you work with the team to develop ways of working that create real value for customers. Over time, your scope may expand to include additional teams or cross-team topics.

The teams in our environment have varying levels of experience with agile ways of working. That’s why you don’t rely on methodology alone to make an impact, but on your technical background, pragmatic solutions, and your ability to meet people where they are.

Your success is reflected in the team’s ability to make better decisions independently, identify obstacles earlier, and continuously improve how they work together.

Your responsibilities

  • You support the team in improving its collaboration, workflow, and ability to deliver.
  • Together with the team, you make obstacles, dependencies, and quality considerations visible and develop pragmatic improvements.
  • You facilitate workshops, retrospectives, and other formats that provide clear value to the team.
  • You promote transparency around goals, risks, and progress to enable well-informed decisions.
  • You work closely with Product Owners, Team Leads, and Tech Leads to address conflicting priorities and organizational obstacles.
  • You help the team apply agile principles effectively in their day-to-day work without making agility an end in itself.

Your Expertise

  • You have at least five years of experience as a Scrum Master, Agile Coach, or Team Facilitator.
  • You are familiar with agile ways of working such as Scrum, Kanban, Lean Development, and hybrid approaches, and apply them according to the situation.
  • You design workshops and other formats to deliver tangible value, regardless of the framework being used.
  • You have a solid technical background that enables you to understand development processes, dependencies, and quality-related topics and discuss them with the team as an equal.
  • You have strong facilitation, coaching, and conflict-resolution skills.
  • Your focus is on empowering the team rather than directing it.
  • You communicate confidently in German and are also able to communicate effectively in spoken English in professional situations.

Our Benefits

  • Open, innovative culture with flat hierarchies
  • international team that truly welcomes you
  • Competitive pay plus Deutschlandticket subsidy
  • 30 vacation days + 5 flexi-days for extra time off
  • Hybrid work: up to 3 home office days per week
  • Ongoing learning and conference opportunities
  • Fun team events – from summer parties to Thirsty Thursday
  • Shape the future of a growing Berlin-based company

Your journey to joining our team

  • Application Review – You’ll receive an automatic confirmation immediately. Our HR manager reviews your application and contacts you personally.
  • Interviews
    • Initial HR Call – A short, ~30-minute online conversation to get to know each other.
    • Technical Interview – Online meeting with the relevant department to discuss your skills and experience.
  • On-Site Meeting & Final Decision – Visit our office in Berlin: meet the team and your future manager and get a tour. Final feedback and a possible offer will follow after careful consideration.

Conditions

The position is fixed-term for two years. We accept applications up to and including September 20, 2026, and will contact all applicants with our feedback after the application deadline.
