- You handle administrative and organizational tasks, giving our Dispatch team more time to focus on complex topics.
- You think proactively, question existing processes, and contribute your own ideas – we explicitly welcome new perspectives and fresh ideas within the team.
Your Expertise
- You are currently enrolled as a student, for example in Business Administration, Logistics, Economics, or a comparable degree program, and ideally have several semesters ahead of you – whether at Bachelor’s or Master’s level.
- You are interested in international supply chains, logistics, customs, and shipping. Previous practical experience is welcome but not required.
- You work carefully and in a structured manner, enjoy organizing, and can keep track of multiple tasks at the same time.

- You don’t just wait for tasks to be assigned – you think outside the box, ask questions, and contribute your own ideas.
- You are confident using MS Office, particularly Excel, or are motivated to learn quickly.
Experience with ERP systems is definitely a plus, but it’s also something you can learn with us.
